Yes but we all know that. SpursMad has been saying these deals are 100%, but how can they be? Until they have passed a medical and signed the terms its 50%. We have made a bid for Eto'o 50%, we have made a bid for Tevez, and he likes the deal we are offering 80%. I'd place 20% on the medical. When he passes the medical and accepts the terms, then he is a City player. SpursMad is probably referring to 100% as the players declaring their interest to jump on ship.
