For me the biggest problem appears to be our owner,HH,or so it would appear.
I am certain that Cook would dearly love to take some form of action against Tevez.
However,are his hands tied,due to the apparent "friendship" between Tevez and Sheikh Mansour ??
Given that we have heared nothing to the contrary,about their relationship,based on what Tevez has stated,it seems that part is true.
Unless Sheikh Mansour is also playing mind games.

He's hardly doing himself any favours though coming out and saying this.
You wonder why Inter or Real Madrid will be in 2 minds about signing him when he comes out and gives the impression that he might retire in a year, 2 years time. Why would they spend £50m - £60m on him when he might not be there long? He's our star player but at Inter and Real they already have players there that can be as effective as him.

The daft thing is that I don't think he realises he his alienating the fans with his outspoken views. You know he says things like "I stayed for the Sheik and for the fans because they respect me". Meanwhile he slags off our City and our club but thinks we are on his side. Ok some people probably are but he can't come out with stuff like that and expect the fans to worship him and his every word.

Its all about his kids.
If his kids were in the Artic Circle he would play there.
Please also understand, life is so different in Manchester than Argentina.
Italy and Spain have similar cultures.. his family may want to move there, but you can ask a million people from latin speaking countries whether they would want to live in the UK, they would say no. Culture differences are jsut to much..
I wish though this would be put to rest once and for all, please lets not forget to thank Tévez for his fantastic contibution, end of the day, without him we would not be where we are now..
