Tevez - staying or going?

Corinthians is in negotiations to bring open the Argentine Carlos Tevez back to the Parque São Jorge. The striker, 27, is unhappy at Manchester City and has never hidden his admiration for the public alvinegro Club and the Boca Juniors, the team said.
Without Ronaldo, retired from the beginning of the year, Corinthians is looking to once again have big names on the world stage, despite having closed recently with Adriano.
Negotiations between Corinthians and Tevez are being made in talks between the board and Adrian Rocco, the lawyer for the player. But remember that the Argentine has managed his career for Kia Joorabchian, the Iranian who was responsible for passage of the first striker for the club between 2005 and 06 and was president of MSI (the group that had partnered with the team).
Tevez had successful passage of the Corinthians. Purchased by MSI for about $ 20 million, the striker helped the club win the Brazilian Championship 2005, but failed to take the team to the title of the Libertadores next year.
With an eye on European football, the player came to England and succeeded with the support of Kia, to convince the Corinthians to West Ham released to the club, made a decisive role in the successful fight against relegation.
In 2007, the striker moved to Manchester United and Champions League winner 2008. However, there was no agreement for its purchase, and Tevez swapped red for blue rivals Manchester City in 2009.
At the time of the City of Manchester Stadium, Tevez has quickly become the leading player, was one of those responsible for winning the FA Cup and a wave of vacancies in the Champions League 2001/2012.
However, he never hid his desire to leave Manchester. Halfway through the season, threatened to leave the team and sent an open letter to the club before the Copa America, asking to be released for wanting to stay closer to family.

Not really, i think it's more that he has scored over 50 goals for us in two seasons imo

LOL...being greedy taking all penalties himself and not passing the ball to anyone but Silva.

And disrespecting the club.....it doesn't matter how many goals he has scored but he is disrespecting the fans and everything.

If the fans accept such a behaviour...we are a laughing stock. And it's not what how big clubs fans do....they would instantly tell the player to fuck off!

City fans and the club must stop licking Tevez arse if City ever want to be a big club.
You are a laughing stock pretending to be a blue and posting shite like this

Im not pretending to be a blue and it's a fact.

But doesn't matter..hopefully this is true and Corinthians have bid that much.

Maybe an extra 5m and he is sold!

Soz just posted similar question on aguero thread, is there any one currently at corinthians who we might be interested in as part of this?

Deal

It's a profit at the end of the day, on a player that's given a return you couldn't ask for better on. A £10 million profit or £22.5 million accounting profit sounds like good business to me.

If we get Aguero in as replacement we can pay him a relatively modest wage in the region of 120-150k a week which replace Tevez's wages in excess of 200k a week.

I suppose it's plausible, the only way Corinthians would be able to afford him is to go back to the 3rd party ownership situation with Joorabchian. Which I'm sure Kia himself would be trying to engineer in his own self-interest.

If he was 10 years younger, Adriano!

Can't think of anyone but their youth team probably has some great prospects.

Watch as we accept the bid and it falls through over "wage demands", exposing him as a hypocrite once and for all.

Can someone summarise what SSN has said? Have Corinthians bid £35m for tevez?
They are quoting reports in Brazil. It's not confirmed by City, or even Corinthians

I like Tevez, but maybe better to sell and move on, because he's not happy and it will unsettle the team

From what i saw it was just a 10 second clip of the 'transfer news' segment, saying 'Reports: Corinthians bid £35 million for Tevez' then it was on to Woodgate signing for Stoke
