I don't care if he stays or goes, if anything I would prefer him to go now.... but one thing is for sure, he MUST NOT, under ANY circumstances be our Captain next season. That would be such a slap in the face to the other players, TWICE he has said he wants to leave now, that's not a Captain, that is a ****.

The assumption that nobody will be able to forget the things that Tevez has said during the close season is an incorrect one. The fact is, the type of city supporter that logs on to Bluemoon, especially during the summer, is the type that follows all the rumours and speculation and most articles about city in the newspapers. It does not represent every City fan. There are of course a lot of City fans that aren't as interested in the tittle-tattle as we are, that take a break from football during the off season and come back and say "Right, who's this new guy then?" and just get behind them. They just judge the players on what they do on the pitch. So even if every fan on here can't forgive him, and he stays here and starts next season, there will be alot of fans at the ground who will get behind him. As will I.

Top football agents will always encourage their players to squeeze every last penny out of clubs at whatever the cost to their reputation. It's a fiercely contested war of attrition. It's gonna happen more and more and we will just have to get used to it.
