Tevez suspended - OS

The ideal solution would be for City to sack him & sue him for breach of contract. However, sacking him would mean that he was eiligible to play for another club as any ties with the City had then been severed. Ths situatuion is impossible so I'm hoping the Legal Beagles can at the very least ensure some sort of financial recompense for City, make sure Tevez's name is mud throughout world football, and hopefully engage Fifa to ensure he doesn't kick another ball for at least 2 years by which time he'll be fat as f**k & no use to anyone.

I wanted him to play for the last few mins v Blackburn aha.

looks like balo and aguero upfront then as bobby said Dzeko is staying on the bench with him!

I want the shitehawk on the bench once a month until he goes, and an 'adebayor' appearance in injury time to give the faithful a chance to raise the roof and fling his apology back at him.

Unfortunately I wouldnt be able to join in with any such demonstration. I wouldnt be in the ground.

If Tevez ever again pulls on a Manchester City shirt, even as a sub, there will be at least one empty seat in the stadium.

i would be amazed if we see tevez at the ground again as a blue, let alone put on the blue shirt.
if we did it would be without mancini and a fair few fans i would expect.

let the lawyers do their work and get rid.

I really can't wait until he is gone from the club which will be in the next 2 weeks IMO

Lets see what the investigation drags up...I feel sorry for the likes of zabba and the others on the bench at the time who aer going to have to get dragged into this..of course they will tell the truth but it shouldnt be something that they have to concentrate on at all.

A key witness will also be the member of staff (physio/doctor) who is seen talking to Tevez as he gets up and then suddenly sits back down...does anyone know who this is....you can see him clearly on the video footage of the incident????

The one thing i hate about all this (well along with losing a world class player) is that we are giving the mass media what they want...they have wanted to weaken are team since the start of the season and Tevez reaction/behaviour has given them this opportunity. Mancini also pored petrol onto the fire with his after match interview (which probably wasnt the best thing to do....maybe this was one of tjose occasions where he should have sent plat or kidd out as he was clearly (and understandably) extremely annoyed and emotional.

the next key thing is a replacement as well....a top quality replacement and that..even with all the money in the world wont be easy

Already done mate. El Kun. In most people's eyes a better player than Tevez already. And also a much better team player.

It is impossible to have four world class strikers at a club, so the person we buy needs to be young and willing to learn. And anyway it looks like Mancini wants pace out wide, so probably the guy from Fiorentina.

We already bought a replacement in Kun Aguero. Tevez would rarely have played even if he wouldn't have done what he did on Tuesday night so i'm not sure the loss of him will have that much effect on the squad in terms of how we perform right now

As for sending out Kidd or Platt. It was only right that Mancini came out and told it how it was, no point leaving things for people to discuss without knowing what actually went on. Tevez for whatever reason refused to do something, whether it was coming on and warming up he refused to do it, he admitted this himself in an interview straight after the match before trying to bullshit us all with a ridiculous statement about a misunderstanding

He has done nothing but disrespect the manager since Mancini came to the club, i wanted him gone in the summer but no one would pay what we wanted. Thankfully we will more than likely never see him play for MCFC again and thats a good thing for me

What kind of worries me now, is the fact that the players on the bench, seem to all claim "they saw nothing" or "didn't know what was going on".
Even Zabaleta who sat right next to Judas claims he doesn't know what happened, and continues to say we need to support Carlos in this difficult time. (so he said in The Mirror)

Surely this is not good for a potential legal case?

Of course if the management is in agreement that they want Tevez out I'm pretty sure at least three or four eye witnesses will be available, who all saw everything.
