They'll just remember what a wonderful year it was and how the whole squad played a part in a glorious triumph.

He has a lot to prove, not least his suitability for another megabucks move in summer.

His energy and willingness to run non stop will be a welcome contrast to Mario's I'll run when I fancy it attitude.

Maybe start Tevez in some games to run the sharpness out of centre halves legs before Mario comes on for the last half hour to take advantage of tired legs

Can't see Mancini starting Aguero, Balotelli and Tevez together. I think Tevez is more likely to be used as an impact sub, certainly to start with.

Thing is, we may well see the three together at some point.

If Tevez is on as an impact sub, it's because we are already chasing a game, and won't sacrifice another striker.

It will take a bit of a jiggle, so who becomes the main point man?

If Tevez is thrown into the fray, does he have to stay central, as the main striker?

I'd put Tevez in the middle of those three and go for pace in the wide areas but I'd interchange them too during the game to keep opponents guessing and let the forwards take turns in working back on the flanks when not in possession.

Some serious shite being talked on here. Shit like Tevez doesn't suit our current 'system'. What system do we play? From what I can see its a fairly slow paced methodical tippy tappy mainly centralised 'system'.

Do people believe that had Tevez been available we wouldn't have played to his strengths? we play as we do at the moment due to him not being available.

He'll be a sub for Chelsea and Stoke and prob play a couple of other full(ish) reserve type games. After that, whether he starts 1st team games will depend on how he shapes himself. Once he's up and running Dzeko will have pure splinters in his arse.

I never said Dzeko was a 'flop'. But anyone with even a tiny understanding of the game would agree Tevez is a better player than Dzeko. He has more dimensions to his game and can create both his own and others' goals. He can even do those extremely difficult skills of trapping a ball and weighting a pass.
