why is it so wrong to want an actual fee for one of our players ? I would let him fucking rot unless we sell on our terms.
Our next move should be to demand he reports for training. we are shot due to injuries and i would threaten legal action if he fails to turn up.
i would fuck with his head so bad. everytime he failed to show i would fine him his wages for that period.

Just recall him and name him in the squad as a substitute but don't play him. Make him train alone.
I assume with his absence he can't play the "contract annulment" card so just warn him he is going to spend the next 18 months watching the reserves play if he doesn't sign with Inter or PSG.
