PSG fans on their forum reckon it's done! Others warning them after what happened with Beckham and Pato who both seemed dead certain to join.
Reading their posts they have the same enthusiasm we had to any new transfer after the takeover, they really don't know what they're getting themselves into with Tevez.

I hope he signs for PSG but I am certain our paths will cross again.
He will be a great signing for anyone. Don't assume that he will cause problems. There will be specific reasons why he, and/or his agent fell out with City which may not be repeated
