if he has felt a slight pull as he stretched for the ball then he is right to be precatious....just cause he has "done" his hamstring doesnt mean that he has snapped it or even severly pulled it.

id rather him go off than risk making it worse and lose him for the rest of the season......because by god do we need him!!!

quite on the cards mancini has said to tevez any discomfort signal the bench and save yourself for sat, this i beleive likely to be the case here 4 days rest and i think without doubt he will be on the pitch at wembley

I'm not sure but I'm really hoping for mind games.
Tevez obviously hurt himself but I think Mancini is just saying its worse than it actually is, I wouldnt bet against Tevez playing in the semi.

I wonder what the odds are on Tevez to score, might be worth a little bet.

Let's see the results of the scan.

If it's clear - we may understand a little more of what Mancini was meaning when he shouldered responsibility for last night.

If it's a tear or a strain - conspiracy theories are put to bed.

just watched that video...like fuck that is even a strain!

probably felt it 'nip' or didnt feel anything and is playing mind games with fergie. give fergie 4 days to organise a defence that isnt concentrated on tevez then on saturday! kerpow!

oxygen tents and massages, hot and cold treatment on his leg for 12 hours a day for 4 days now, drinking nothing but protein shakes with minimal stress on his hamstring. it'll keep the newspapers shut quiet for a bit.

if its only a slight pain i would play him even if we only get 60 mins out of him. i tweaked my hamstring early this year and had to play 3 days later and once you are warm and have a few pain killers its ok, its only when you cool down and the days after that the pain kicks in. granted it still gives me trouble now but i would rarther have him against united then him miss the blackburn and west ham game to recover.
