Do you go to the hospital and go and shake peoples hands for saving peoples lives?! Then why would you shake these fuckers hands? At the football they treat us fans like scum, no worse than scum! I'm glad they did a good job across the country this week, and I would even have stood with them to stop the scrotes if they'd come out for a second night in town. But I still don't like the Police!

Been going to the football for over thirty years and they've (with the exception of teesides finest) never treated me like scum. Always found that if you speak to them like human beings they tend to respond the same way.

Up until Tuesday night I always thought that if you were ok with them they were ok with you (apart from Northumberlands finest) Now I realize that you can be a complete **** and they will be ok with you and leave the hard work to pencil pushers

What a crying shame that those slagging the Police in this thread,who themselves are obviously made of the sternest moral fibre and would,without hesitation,be willing to put themselves at risk for the sake of others while making daily positive contributions towards an improved society,all missed the opportunity to show the guys who are actually performing this thankless,underpaid,antisocial and incredibly stressful job how it really should be done......
