I’ve only seen a snippet but wasn’t that the question that he was asked though? It sounded like it from his answer.

He didn't suggest he would take one off us to give to them. He is saying, he would give away one of his PL medals to have been part of the Spurs squad that lifted a trophy. He also said "not my first PL but my second" before then saying actually no because that was the fourmidables!

People need to relax. All he meant was he would have liked to have been part of it. And that's fair enough! He didn't think that hard about it and neither should we.

I really do pity the people getting offended by his statement, he was crucial to the titles we won and he loved every second of it……a fierce competitor who is now just expressing that he would swap one of his many Premier League titles to have been part of Spurs only recent trophy.
