There is a big difference to buying for a friend or selling them on to strangers for profit etc.
How would the club know if he sold them on for a profit? They don't follow us do they?

So did he get them for friends are did he sell them on? This seems the bit of information you have not yet provided and seems pretty relevant to the thread.

Nail on the head there mate. It is like a police state, everybody is under suspicion and every body is guilty unless they can prove otherwise.either way the guy is going to miss the next game which is the derby,,now he could be quite innocent of any wrong doing but the draconian rules of the club are 'you are guilty unless you prove otherwise' and the only way to do this is to write in which takes time, this normaly takes up to a month before the response arrives from the club and by then there have been 3 home games which cost around £120, so even if innocent your still punished unless someone has the balls to issue a county court claim against the club,
Supposing you passed onto a friend your ST for one game, someone you trusted. He decides at half time he want a fag and gets caught. He will then be searched and if they found your ST on him then you are the one who will suffer the consequences of any ban not your mate.
Police.Who's going to search him ?
Police.
