This reminded me that United used to include it in the O.T. tour. Think it says it all about that club.
 
Most of the rags I know have "lost interest" in football, "its not the same as it used to be" "to much money in the game now" although they did get a bit giddy at the start of the season when they signed the posing tosser I am sure there was talk about "united are back" & "united DNA",
Personally I just have a very smug smile & just now and again start laughing out loud at there excuses.

I actually think it would be funnier to have an exact mock up of the 35 one they had about us up as a piss take. They are obviously embarrassed about it as it disappeared sharpish - around 93:20 iirc.
Let's not have one about them as banners like that do tend to come back to bite you on the arse even if it is 35 years later.

No, as there simply isn’t another league football club in the City of Manchester
 
Wouldn’t stoop to their levels but if we did then a banner showing all the failed manager names since they last won the league would need to be, dare I say it, fucking massive

Yet they still had to stick the knife in and twist it.

Be more tempted to put one up showing how much they have paid on transfer fees.

This is more to try and get the message out that just spending money does not guarantee success.

However, I’m pretty certain if we have a billion and counting since won PL.

They will have a similar one for the CL, so might be best to win that first.

Ultimately, I don’t think it’s the way we are as a club to do that.
