Was a great historic day, pulled off by the string. One of them where it all came together. One thing I never hear about is that video they pulled during Bowies, with the starving kids in Africa and everyone at Wembley in tears or stood shocked.

The concert was fuckin brilliant then this was finally in peoples homes:

Disagree was there on the day ,u2 were down to play pride but dragged another track out and ran out of time ,looking back the who were special too,highlight of the day for me as a young city fan was booing Paul McCartney when he came on stage as the rumour in the stadium was it was going to be what was left of the Beatles ,only found out the other day queen performed twice ,how pissed was I ?
