Sir Timothy is the next one to be 'gonged' after Sir David of Leytonstone.

I’m taking the girls to London for a few days next year.
We want to do the lot :
Buckingam Palace
Tower of London
London Bridge
Museums
London Eye
Dungeons
HMS Belfast
Jack the ripper museum (for me)
Emirates stadium tour etc…

Is there a way that we can plan ahead so were not going back and forth on the underground?

I’m aware we can book a few things together and get it slightly cheaper but it’s where the attractions are which i don’t know.

Any advice will be great!

Already bought 4 x stab vests

We went with the kids last year and in a day did so much. We got off the tube at Green Park and walked through the park to Buckingham Palace. Then walked down the mall towards Trafalgar square and spent a bit of time there. Down to downing street and onto Westminster abbey, houses of parliament and big ben. Went over the river and did the London eye as well followed by a boat trip down the Thames and got off at the tower of London and spent the last part of the day there.

It was a knackering day i must admit but absolutely brilliant to see and do so much in one day. As a tourist i think London is a brilliant city and great to take the kids to.

Brilliant
Thanks mate

One of my favourite walking routes. Start at Marble Arch, along Oxford st, Regent St, cut into Carnaby at, Piccadilly, Leicester Square, up to Covent Garden. Keep the girls happy with shops (depending on age). Plenty of pubs to hydrate.

If got enough time cut down to Trafalgar Square, along Whitehall to Westminster and Houses of Parliament passing Horse guards and cenotaph

Just on my way back after a mate's party on Saturday then being a tourist on Sunday, visiting the V&A Museum then Van Gogh at the National Gallery (which was phenomenal).

The tourist spots were fucking rammed and no one knows where they're going or need to be. Having spent a few years working down there, I'm pretty familiar with central London so between the V&A and Van Gogh I headed to my old haunts around St James Park/Westminster, which I knew would be quieter, and had a couple of pints and something to eat in peace.

As long as the weather is fine then walk.
Much better than getting tubes and you would be surprised how close most things are to each other,
Otherwise get the bus the number 11 on Whitehall used to go to most tourist sights and sit upstairs.

As others have said, some are quite close together

The British Museum is the outlier of the museums, as it's more central. Not too far from Covent Garden, and that's not too far from Trafalgar Square.
Natural History/Science/V&A are all in Kensington near Hyde Park/Kensington Gardens.
JtR museum is somewhere east of the Tower, not really sure where!

Walking from Tower Bridge to the Eye is possible if kids' legs are up to it - past the Globe and Tate Modern/Millennium Bridge, with St Pauls on the other side of the river.

Depending on travel, consider a Visitor Oyster card - then if you do need the tube/bus, you can use them. There's a maximum total in offpeak periods too.

London bridge is in Arizona mate, seriously London eye is walkable to Buckingham Palace. Whilst Tower bridge, HMS Belfast, Tower of London and the Shard are all in same area, look at attractions get nearest or close Underground stations and you can plan it on a underground app, we did a lot of this within 24 hours when Olympics were on in 2012
