No, it`s true. The company negotiate with the Union representatives, they agree to rates of pay, hours of contract and pay rises etc. The Union reps. then inform the workers they represent, (Union members) as to whether the deal is acceptable or not. The workers pay weekly subs. to the Union for this service. Those who reap the benifits of this without paying into the Union, are leech`s. Not just Mr. Quagmire, but anybody who does this. I think you will find that all railworkers work hard for there wages, as well as the unsocial hours that are part of the job. This is something we accept as railway workers.` Solidarity is strength` brother.

and thatcher was a vengeful power crazed arsehole who used the power of the state to get her political way. she didnt give a fuck who bore the brunt. but one things for sure it wasnt her supporters with money and power.

i hear lots of people on here say they hate this team and that manager i dont, as important as it is in my life, it is after all only football.

i may not like some people, i may dislike others, but my hatred is solely reserved for this evil woman and the evil she did.
