We’d finished as Champions the season before, we beat them to win the FA Cup. Reasons why I insist on rag mates bestowing the name on ‘our’ treble. Their reaction to my request was a delight.

I chucked in ‘more goals, fewer conceded’ I didn’t actually check but sure it would the case.

Any other reasons why ours is the ‘Proper’ treble. Just thought of another…….
