A great race from the Aussie girl there in the 100 hurdles.

Sally Pearson really is something else.

Love the track and field finals, best bit I think. Men's 1500m final now.

Have a look at this Irish kid Michael Conlon in the up coming boxing. The lad is only 20 and he has some great skills and can be elusive. Win tonight and he has garanteed himself a Bronze medal. IF not Brazil 2016 he will be a huge star if he is still in the ams.

Gets a dodgy decision

You're talk of dodgy decisions for the Brits has been blasted with those two wins. Cuban defeats a Brit and the Irish fella gets a dodgy decision.

Gold for the dancing horse
Unfortunately not. The horse gets nowt!

If you want to see a horse show that is amazing then watch the Lippizanners.

True horsemanship that is wonderful.

Many of the moves originated from battles hundreds of years ago.
I saw them on a holiday in Slovakia about 6 years ago, unbelievable what they can get the horses to do!

Is it just me detecting an underlying mistrust of the Algerian lads results from Steve Cram?

Its all to do with that 800m that he dropped out of during the race, IAAF said he had to run, so he was giving it all this before the race and then pulled up after 200m, obviously to save energy. IAAF said your DQ'd from all events for not trying although he didn't want to do it. He appealed and gave them a doctors note from the Algerian doctor.

That's why Cram seems skeptical about it because he quite clearly wasn't injured, what I will say is the Algerian was really impressive as Steve Cram said during commentary, I've never seen a kick sustained like that over the last 300m from a 1500m runner, I can see why Cram might think hmmm, but it was a slow race for the first couple of laps, so thats probably why.

I hear what you're saying but I picked up on this during the 1500 heats before his 800 run. His reaction was ambiguous to say the least.

A dodgy decision. Jay he won that fight clean. Level after the first 2 rounds. He hit the cleaner punches in the final round. Deserved winner and the kid will only get better and better.
I dont know what fight you were watching. Also the Cuban won that fight clean in my views he won the fight big in my view.

Also the Canadian was robbed in that fight getting beaten on Countback what a fucking joke he landed some clean shots in that final round and there is no wonder they lodged an appeal after the fight.
