Just seeing the final scores come up now and according to Sky we "held" on against Sunderland (32 shots to 4) and Lampard got a late winner (73rd minute). It hurts them and its funny to see
Said the same on bt who we're showing the game live, the blonde bird saying city held on to grab or snatch the three points...

Re: so this agenda thing.

Christ, just read half the shite on the Yaya/Pellegrini/Dzeko threads or any matchdat thread.......agenda or not, I haven't read anything a journo has written that would come close to half the shite written on here.

So true.

look at the two refs, ours and the rags.

both poor? fucking as if.

bent as fuck.

Yet again we concede twice the amount of fouls that the opposition do. Sunderland barely in our penalty area and yet manage to secure a penalty. I will have to see it again but the mere fact they were barely in our area all game and their player throws himself to the floor and the ref positively relished pointing to the spot. No doubt the ref will secure his performance bonus on top of his 90k salary for that decision.

was saying the same. we had twice their possession and we concede 3 times as many free kicks.

its not even subtle.

If you were a scout watching that match for future opposition you would report back to the manager to tell the players to throw themselves to the floor at any touch because against City you will get the free kick.

A mate of mine is an armchair rag. He openly admits it. If Utd win, he's happy; if they don't, he's soon over it.
I've no problem with the lad because he's honest about it and he doesn't care what anybody thinks about him for it. That's the level of his commitment and that's all there is to it.
So, why am I posting this on the agenda thread, you ask?

At a party last night, he turned to me, completely out of the blue and said, "You know what? I think City are like an embarrassing cousin for Sky. There's a do on and they've got to invite him but when he gets there, they do their best to ignore him and secretly hope, he'll quietly piss off, as soon as possible."
...

The reason being that not only are their beloved Rags no longer the best team in the country, they're not even the best in the City they profess to represent. Accepting us would also mean accepting this inconvenient truth.

Re: so this agenda thing.

Just where does Old Mother Riley get these refs from. Every single week, every single match, as the season progresses, the latest ref is a downgrade on the last! What an absolute tosser! Typical referee hiding behind the authority of the cards. What an abject performance!

Mea culpa, mea culpa, mea maxima culpa. This should have gone in the postmatch thread.

Anyway, just got in, watching some BBC channel and they are looping just ONE fixture outcome from today's matches. You only have one guess!!
