Ffp was in place when he made his remarks /ambitions though. We're about to lose some very highly paid players over the next couple of months.
I understand that we aren't likely to get a lot in regarding transfer fees though. Depending on who's actually going, it could be as little as 20m or as much as
100m .. It's these 100k+ a week where the savings are.

If Barca let anyone go then more likely to be Suarez who at 29 and with Pep's brother his agent may want one last move. Which we couldn’t really moan about since initially players like Adebayor only came to City for the pay. If that's what he wants fair play to him but he will never fulfil his promise wearing the shackles that Mourinho places on his midfield.

People should be careful as as far as I can tell no ITK has said that City are in for a Barcelona player. Certainly Ric and Tolmie haven't and they are the two most reliable guys on this site when it comes to who we may or may not be in for.

I think MCRJon and Salford Paul may disagree with that.
