Might be something, might be nothing. A friend of mine won a competition run by Nike to be at the Citizens day today. When he got there they asked him to sign a disclaimer before he went in. Could be something to do with the kit ? Or could he potentially see a new signing before being unveiled????

Let's hope it's the latter

It's nothing. Simply an expectation of a marketing team by their legal department. He'll be signing the disclaimer to give Nike the rights to any images or video taken of him in the shirt, etc.

I presume the 300m compensation thing was part of the 'gentleman's agreement' whereby neither club pursue a player of the other without the parent club consenting. I didn't realise there was a compensatory pay out on it though.

Would be my thoughts exactly. Had a legit good season Pellers' first year. Probably be very effective in Turkey or Italy. Credit to him if true for recognizing this, being willing to take lesser wages and not threatening to clog the payroll here. Cough. Yaya.

He is awful and needs to be got rid of. Hopefully e can find a decent replacement but it should be pretty easy to find an upgrade as defensively he is absolutely rubbish
