Can someone tell me we're 110% signing a left back please. I physically and mentally can not cope with another season of Aleksander Kolarov.

Some common sense! We've got a squad that got to the CL semi finals and into the to four with major injury problems and no management to speak of. Are there areas that need strengthening? You bet. Will there be a major overhaul of the squad? No. Get in a few more players, get rid of a few and let the best manager in the world coach the players to play as a team.
