That's a real shame IBH - there are a handful of twats who appear every transfer window looking for a ruck. The vast majority love the theatre of it all, and snippets like yours add to it. It's been said over and over on here, Without people like you, it's a monotonous repetitive bore-fest.

A couple of my uncles went over in the early 60s, £10 assisted passage. First one came home because his wife was diagnosed with cancer and wouldn't have treatment because she was pregnant. She died a few weeks after giving birth and he brought the kids home. Second one got homesick after a few years and came back, then got homesick for Australia and moved back there, only to get homesick for England and moving home for the final time in the early 80s.
I had a mate who emigrated in the 70s but he got deported after two years.
