Just read Bartomeu's comments that they wanted Nolito but couldn't because of the ratio of debt and not the lack of money. He said that if you cannot afford a car you settle for another and added that its good that Barcelona is showing economic restraints. He wound't deny or confirm that Enrique asked for Nolito again but he did mention that if a player was available on a free they could go for him.

Add to that they are spending on Umtiti and Neymars wages.
