Home grown, when fit would be decent back up if Other two get a knock. If he does not fit then sell for more than we could ever get for Hart ( mad but true!)

Other than HG trained what else does he give us :o? Seems to be a constant crock, seems to have an attitude problem, no versatility if he refuses to be played out on the wing and he left us (on a free?) after demanding 90K a week wages and a starting role?

We should dodge this. CM/fullback before another ST.

Wouldn't touch Sturbridge with a barge pole

Injury prone, arrogant twat who left for a "bigger club." Ive said all transfer window that I thought we needed a back up striker but I wouldn't take the twat back.......Im happy to wait for Gabriel Jesus in January and just hope Kun doesn't pick up anything long term.

Sam Lee from Goal saying Aguero not travelled with Argentina squad due to injury. Depending how bad it is may give some reasoning behind any Sturridge rumours

And he's bigger than every club he's been at, and we don't sign those players any more. More of United's speed.

Absolutely!
City is doing well to sort out big egos. On a top level you have to sign footballing ability combined with a top character.

Having a dominant coach like Pep could lead to a squad where players only have to obey. That would be the wrong direction.
So we have to get those special players who have leader's qualities but who are thinking and acting on a club level, not on an ego level.
As the likes of Neuer or Lahm. Not sure about the right example in England, but maybe like Lampard those days?

Never thought we'd be saying this but he is the revelation of the season. He plays at centre half like he's played there all his life. Pep isn't called pep Guardiola for fun.....this is what he does. How could he transform a left back who couldn't defend into a ball playing centre half, good in the air and a range of passing. Take a bow El Señor!
With hindsight Pep hasn't really 'transformed' him, Kolarov has always been decent in the air and a good passer, it's just not used as a left back. Pep's genius is putting him somewhere he can make full use of his talents.

Also playing a system where he doesn't get overrun all the time, when LB.
