It seems pretty evident we're after x2 centre backs which I find strange to say we need 2 fullbacks either side and surely we'd have to sell a current centre back to make this work, unless Pep plans on doing something unusual like moving Vinny to CDM.

Already got Gundogan, Nolito unless we fck up in monumental fashion which can always happen with us, ls also done. Heavy links with Sane and makes sense with Pep's previous comments.

Are we genuinely going to go for this overhaul business? Past seasons just makes me not think so and expect to be underwhelmed. It's a LOT of business to be done in incomings and outgoings if so, I wonder if it's too ambitious to get it all done - unless of course, we are going to be underwhelmed and key areas that need strengthening will be overlooked, again.

You're going to blame not signing Messi and Kroos (who has become a key component at Real Madrid) on Txiki? A bit delusional...
 
General question : which wide player combination would you rather have between Mkhi/Martial and Sane/Nolito? I would rather go for the former and lets face it if they manage to get Hames, that would certainly be some attack

Joking apart, why? Messi has four more years of being the best player in the world. He's proved himself as being able to play against any team in any league and could bring so much more than Neymar. The only box that Neymar ticks which Messi doesn't isn't longevity - which isn't guaranteed as he could hate the country. His style of play isn't suited to City whilst Messi fits like a glove.
I rate Neymar highly but don't think he's suited for the premier league or us. If you get a chance to sign mMessi you do what you can to make it happen - otherwise you just aren't doing this football lark properly.

only @IanBishopsHaircut can possible answer that mate but with rumours that real need to sell big to buy pogba and anyone else then now might be our perfect chance to raid real for top targets.

If it isn't for one player then by that standard I could break the world long jump record by combining my best 8 jumps

I think its safe to assume t'Bish is referring to one player
 
the fees being chucked round though show we are gonna have to go big these days to get top targets? if palace are bidding over £30m for players and troy deeney is valued at £30m by Watford then aubameyang at £58m is about right?

If my memory serves me correctly Txiki finalised the deal on the way back from Turin when we played juve which was the 25/11 so I'd imagine within a couple of days of that mate.

Pogba will be sold if the money is rite

Everything is setup here for messi

naymar is the new barca poster boy cant see it

bale would again fetch a world record but cant see it being him as hes still young.
