£1 billion, and the vast majority spent on utter guff.
Stinking lack of ambition by most clubs, even the top clubs. Barca, Real, PSG haven't signed anyone exciting. Bayern have but have hardly set the world alight, City got most of it done but not quite everything to make it truly tremendous. United bought every suit and official going and some people with silly hair to market shirts. Arsenal bought guff instead of greatness, Spurs decided they couldn't be arsed spending proper money so bought Dutch. Leicester bought players that were willing to go to Bologna to be transformed overnight into superstars. Chelsea failed for the third year in a row to buy Atletico Madrid so settled for more guff. Everton got taken over and celebrated by signing Ashley Williams.
My Pro Evo is going to take some editing actually putting players at clubs they should reasonably have been expected to move to given the amount of money in the game. Everyone good must be midway through their contracts.

It's probably a window we won't see the full benefit of for a couple of seasons but excited by it.

Jesus isn't here until Xmas and I'm a little sceptical considering How Brazilians historically struggle in the PLsane, stones, gundogen, jesus, bravo, moreno, great window just could have done with leporte and coric
Moreno won't be here for another 12 months
We're left with 3 recognised Centre halves plus kids , Kompany will get muscle injuries and I fear we'll be light
Nolito has impressed so far and I've never seen Sane play so he could be anything.
We haven't addressed the full back problems
Fernando and Delph will never be good enough.
We're going to need a relatively injury free season to win the Silverware IMO
