Yes, this is definitely true. I sought out the Liverpool coverage just to see what it was like, but I certainly won't be making a habit of it and, as you say, the way the site works makes that easy to do. I was just pointing out that they're not immune from the particular need to cater for certain clubs to drive subscriptions, but I don't expect that to affect my enjoyment of it.

I thought the interviews with the dipper coaching staff were quite good, may have been Honigstein.

I see Pitt-Brooke's twitter now says he covers Spurs and other London clubs for the Athletic. Pretty much matches what he's covered for the Indie for the last few years.

Yes, although in recent years at the indie he's generally done Spurs, so it's a continuation with what he's been doing.
When he was at the Indie, his twitter page didn't say anything about which clubs he focussed on.

Sam Lee mentioned that the papers have tried to get the Athletic banned from some sections of press conferences so it sounds like the papers are circling the wagons.
