The battle for 4th place

Fairly decent fixtures - good job we have a gap they could win all them.

LOL what suggests they are capable of winning every game? I think the opposite ! before they played them before people would've thought they would've won:

Leicester are fighting for the league and in amazing form.

Norwich beat them at Old Trafford swamp

Crystal palace got a draw With them at home

Bournemouth beat them at home

West Ham will want revenge

I think they are actually difficult for them never mind the 4 point gap! Which is virtually like we have a 2 game-cushion we can afford to lose with our goal difference (pretend we lose 2 of our most difficult fixtures)

Even RAG fans are bricking it and have no confidence in their team, that will translate to the players on the pitch especially when they play at home and it's 0-0 at halftime ! plus Shrek is back gaining his "match fitness" for the Euro's using them.. so bye bye Marcus Rashford ! LOL :P

I've done some number crushing, we are over the line. Don't worry so much Blues, relax ! enjoy the remaining games with a cigar or two. We play in the semi-finals on the CL and if we get to the final it's all a bonus =)

Or - Bournemouth are safe and on the beach

Norwich just lost 3-0 to Sunderland

They beat West Ham away convincingly last week

Palace winning at or indeed drawing at old Trafford is highly unlikely

Leister may have won it by then

We need to get 4 more wins.

Another year without champions league football and finishing above them 3 years on the run is so important. They have only lost twice at home all season.

I dont think its over but I dont think they will catch us....for me if we win on Tuesday that will just about put the lid on it......but should we drop a bollock on Tuesday which is unlikely then it could be a scramble.

Thing is, the RAG's can't afford any slip up now.. even a draw would mean they have blown top 4 chances, that sort of pressure to win every game will make them nervous.

We just need to keep plucking away. And sounds very cliche and British (Jamie Redknapp) thing to say but win all our home games. I reckon if we win our home games we'll be fine. And maybe draw a few away if we don't win but we CAN'T lose.

Newcastle are shite. Even Shearer has given up on them this season.

Every dog can have it's day shining like Newcastle did yesterday. We are in great form.

Why not have a look at any number of sites that give the dates for the play-off round? The play-offs are AFTER the start of the season, not during pre-season! They might come at a time when players are easing themselves into a new season, but the PL starts a few days before the first play-off game.

I am fully aware they are after the season starts the point is many players will have had different levels of pre-season training and therefore this game would be in no way a gimme therefore whilst technically the season may have started the levels of fitness of players may not be ideal for this game
