The battle for 4th place

Stuff like revenge, won't want to spoil the party etc sound good on paper.

On the pitch you have all sorts of celebrations going on aimed at West Ham and Upton Park and United focused totally on winning.

Imagine we tried to focus on playing v Arsenal whilst they were saying farewells to the manager over the tannoy and the like.

West Ham totally focused - especially after Saturday (as the manager apparently has gone ballistic with them over how they were v Swansea) - can get a result.

Just not sure the last night scenario is going to blur that focus too much.

It can work either way. We might get lucky and that thrashing by Swansea might prove a real key to tomorrow if the manager has got them fired up. It will be a sorry end to a great season for West Ham if they go out with a whimper tomorrow.

We'll know by this time tomorrow, not a hope we can rely on a result on the last day from Bournemouth.

If we're 4th going into Swansea, then with the players missing that game even we can't fuck it up.

If it was us going there tomorrow, you know we'd get overawed by the occasion and get beat. We're shite when we come up against a bit of adversity and emotion as proven at Anfield the other year and every time we come up against a new manager.

Not sure United are like that and sadly i think they will win tomorrow putting the final nail in our coffin. Our only hope is that Martial and Fellaini are out and they are important for United in games like this. Fellaini managed to combat West Ham's aerial threat single handedly in the cup game.
