The beauty of Manchester

The gothic architecture in and around the City centre is stunning.
The John Rylands library is probably my favourite building, but Manchester itself has some amazing architecture, if people bothered to look above shop level they’d see much of it is still there, and that’s before mentioning all the bridges around the locks etc, I fuckin love it.
 
I don't know if Mottram (in Longdendale) is regarded as Manchester but the view from the top of Rabbit lane on Hobson Moor is beautiful.
All of Greater Manchester is classed within Manchester’s GDP, so everywhere has the right to say it’s Manchester because we wouldn’t be classed as what we are as a city without all these areas.

Refuge assurance building Oxford Rd...is the daddy. esp when viewed from a passing train on the bridge.
