Rick Stein is great to watch and relax to with a beer in hand. Gordon Ramsay's UK stuff is great entertainment (The F Word & Kitchen Nightmares were brilliant) but can't bring myself to watch the overly-dramatized shite which the American TV show's he's been involved in. It's the same formula every episode always gives me a headache when I watch them.
