The best "long" songs

"Suppers ready". 22 minutes of aural pleasure, that gets better every time I listen to it.

Would loved to have been a fly on the wall when the mad bastards were concocting that tune and lyrics.
thinking of it, as I still play them, every Genesis song 10 minutes plus is pretty much a compositional Progressive masterwork.
and most of the ones 1-9:59 minute ones aren't bad either.
Edit: Wife and I are going to see Steve Hackett next month. set list is all of "Selling England by the Pound" and most of "Spectral Mornings" for it's anniv. and some others. the Genesis ones won't be like glory years but close efforts as his shows musicianship and sound is very good. this will be the third time seeing him.

I'm a prog guy and really there are tons, mainstream and obscure, that I enjoy, and by their very nature to rate them as "best" is impossible for me.
but I like these two for starters when I'm too lazy to get up and flip the vinyl.
these live renditions of Karn Evil 9 1st impression and Tarkus. and Mike Oldfield's Taurus II.
