I had the promo CD of the Oasis courtesy of a friend who was working at the distributors or somesuch in London. As I recall it was a special sent to football grounds. A great cover version but pipped by the pips.

Not tough to judge at all. One is a superbly crafted cover and the other is just a barrel of awful noise...hmmm...

Just read up about Midnight Train...was originally called Midnight Plane To Houston. Technically a cover? I'll let that one pass...it's such a good song.
