The Boxing thread

Fury is as good as he's always said he is. A generational talent that will go down as an all time great. Two fights against AJ and maybe one against Whyte will earn him over 100m and he'll set off into the sunset unbeaten as the lineal and unified world heavyweight champion.

I had a feeling he'd ko him and wish I had a bit of the 5/1 on offer. There's nothing wrong with his power it was hi game plan holding him back from more ko's. Freddy Roach was right about the first fight. He also looked amazing with that extra weight on his chest.
Agree completely.

He is phenomenal. He has incredible hand speed for a guy who is so enormous. He's a Usain Bolt like freak of nature in that respect.

He has really great boxing skills
The heart of a lion
Is freaking huge
Can take the best shots you've got and get back up

He is unassailable against any living fighter right now.

fell a sleep ???? missed the fight

on the press right up this morning looks a good fight and tyson bossed the fight ?? so going to watch it now

Wilder can ask for a rematch and if he does it will be bad idea in so many ways. He will ask for it though.

Wilder - "He has pillows as fists"

Fury is 6ft 9 and 19.5 stone, You take a clean shot from that and you're in trouble.

I reckon he will go on to Unify the division and beat the lot. Nothing gets under his skin from opponents like it does with other fighters, He knows in his own mind what he's going to do and when fully fit and focused like he is now he'd surely be odds on favourite with whoever it is in front of him.

Very very impressive. I honestly hadn't realised just how freaking BIG he is either. He's 6 foot 9 and twenty stone FFS. His reach is ridiculous. Combine that with speed and the best outright boxing skills around and he is one hell of a handful.

Honestly, I would not give Joshua a cat in hell's chance. Will he even have the bottle to take it on?

It's one of those things you don't fully appreciate until you actually stand next to him, he really is a big, awkward lump of a man and he uses his height and weight better than almost any heavyweight I've ever seen, and, one who's shown he's a very good boxer too.

Well I got that one wrong ha . What a great fighter Tyson fury is. He absolutely took wilder apart round by round and he stayed true to his word and went toe to toe with him and battered him . I was impressed with wilder as heart because after round 3 he was gone but he kept going on a instinct. Don’t know if I want to see a renatch as it will end the same way but I know one thing and that is Joshua will not want nothing to do with fury.
