Ben Shalom is EMBARRASSED
Ben Shalom, the promoter of the event, has just revealed he's embarrassed to be associated with the event. That's how bad of a decision this is...
He lives in Altrincham, him.

He said earlier he is putting in an inquest to how the decisions were made by the judges. He said he’s seen it before at fights and always questioned the promoters, but this was his fight night and he’s now open to thinking differently and wants to find out how these things happen.

I will say you don’t know boxing then Taylor got smashed to bits 9 out of 12 rounds minimum

The sport is finished with judges like that fucking clowns

The judges were bad tonight. Its that simple. I was saying earlier in the tread that Catterall had to win the rounds big. I aint stupid I had Catterall winning the fight. I even referenced the Alex Athur Michael Gomez fight saying it had the same feel to it sadly with the wrong outcome.

Catterall was gutted and pissed at the end of the fight because of the robbery. It got the feel of watching some of the German fights were the home fighter no matter what was not losing the fight if it went to the cards.

Boxing has been told it was dead for years since UFC I have heard that so many times when a fight goes against the odds. I think there might be best to have 5 judges instead of 3 like in the amatuers a 2 extra pair of eyes might well of got the result in Catteralls favour. Also I think the judges should be rated on preformances. If they have a few stinkers take them away from the big fights. Or the scoring of the big fights. Some of the judges are better refs than judges.

Been boozing all day and Fell asleep halfway through the fight and can't believe that Taylor won it without a KO.

I was a fan of Taylor and before the fight wanted him to remain unbeaten and go on and face Crawford but it all seems phoney now.

If the Governing bodies choose the judges they will get the result they want no matter if there are 3 or 33 judges because some judges score fairly and others follow the agenda.

My daughter lives there. I was over a few years back and catching a train from Manchester late one Saturday night. A large mob got on at Horwich Parkway.
We all piled off at Chorley and I asked one lad what the occasion was and he said a local boxer had fought at the arena next to the Reebok. Must have been him??

Yeah it was probably him he's always been a tidy boxer and looked a step above his opposition every time but I've never thought much of his opponents either, it's like he's been a European level fighter for ages but he took a big step up in class against Taylor, was a massive underdog tonight as Taylor is right up there in the pound for pound rankings but I honestly thought Catterall made him look poor tonight... I was a bit intrigued to see how he'd do against world class opposition, if you was told beforehand one of these fighters was undisputed champion but had to guess you'd have guessed Catterall.

Truly terrible decision why does boxing do this.
Corrupt as fuck mate .

Didn’t bother watching but the interview in the link with Jamie Moore, along with Johnny Nelson comments tells me all I need to know

Boxing is bent shocker!!! lol,it always has been....that decision last night was just a particularly blatant example.

On a more interesting note....Natasha Jonas scrubs up well.
