The Boxing thread

Thats my point tho he did a job, a true fighter would have tried to take ruiz head off for beating him the 1st time joshua was concerned bout keeping his sponsorships.
I agree.

He just done what he had to do, I thought that night he would want to really leave his mark on getting revenge from the first fight with Ruiz but he didn't want to go down that road because he knew if the fight went into exchanges he would be beaten because Ruiz had fast hands and power to hurt him.

I don't see were he goes from here (again). He's done.

I'll respectfully disagree. Fights are won in the ring in the vast majority of bouts. It's no good talking the talk, you've gotta walk the walk. Back up the words with actions. You think differently; fair enough. I'm not going to argue all night about it.
Mate I've been in the fight game for 40 years so I'll respectfully disagree with you.

You said yourself you don't watch build ups..
I did and I could tell Danny was going to win.

No worries mate..
All good.

If u want to know how sky sets an agenda just watch this boxing, every pundit said they didnt think dubois had this in him and joshua would win, it just shows how little they know anyone who follows boxing knows that dubois had it in him just whether he could put it together on this stage.
Last night on the rugby league, the Leigh owner gatecrashed the post-game interviews and gave the Sky interviewer a pie with ‘HUMBLE’ written on it because of the agenda they’d set all season about Leigh.

He said, ‘just going to say this, you lot at Sky said Leigh wouldn’t make the Play-offs and Leeds would take our place in there and you’ve kept saying it all season, well we made the Play-offs so here’s your humble pie, see ya’.

Comedy gold AJ sticking his tongue out being cocky then seconds later he was a mangled mess on the canvas, he loves saying he’s a humble guy AJ, he is an absolute clown who has just been humbled well and truly and not for the first time either!

That's fine. As I said earlier, I'm not going to argue all night with you. I'm too old for that now.
