'Reaching'...Fury was all about movement in his challenge and klitsh was all about not letting go of his right hand..if you 'think' that's even-stevens then i'll keep your number incase i ever find meself in court..Goodnight.
So you think Wlad is that one dimensional, bad footwork(stand still fighter?), body movement and is all about his right hand looking for a knockout? (no mention of his jab? Which is normally his best weapon in fights) Going to have to disagree with you again there sorry and again I'm no Wlad fan, I was very chuffed for Tyson at the time. He didn't throw much at all and the truth is nobody but him knows why anything else is speculation, personally I think he was expecting a different fight and found him awkward it wasn't a spectacular fight or a classic by any stretch.

Yeah...i agree....i think he was expecting a different fight (flooring)..i can easily imagine vlad was'nt exactly over the moon after discovering his jab was undone by a gypsy offering no gaurd and negating it with simple but unorthodox head movement (there's that word again)....obviously caring little if he looked like he was chucking an eppi.. knowing he had the formula. Perhaps he could have got set to throw more than 4 right hands if Fury would have kept stiller.....

I'm no fan of Fury but i know for a fact he can move in a way that belies his shape and size...he can move a lot better than he shown in that fight and if his ego gets drunk on it he'll knock 12 rounds of movement out carrying a derby

Yeah I'm backing Fury but I have a feeling Wlad is going to go for it, he might be getting on a bit now but he's no mug and he does have knockout power and a very accurate jab so I'm not sure of the outcome.

Makes me laugh all this stuff about the ring and the wraps. The house fighter will always seek to gain an advantage on any card. There are stipulated limits on how much padding there can be underneath the canvas just as there are limits on how big the ring can be. If a fighter suspects that the other side has exceeded those limits his team raises it with the sanctioning body and they deal with it. Naturally each team are gonna try and push things as far as they can - what's wrong with that.

With wraps a representative of the opponent is allowed to be there to ensure fairplay. On this occasion Wlad wasn't doing a Margarito he was just seeking to gain a mental edge.

I expect today's verbal jousting was pre arranged as usual. It's so out of character for a class act like Wlad to tell Tyson to fuck off that it must've been pre prepared. He managed to keep his cool when DelBoy spat in his face yet he's so angry about a couple of un PC comments that he tells Fury to fuck off in a room full of the world's media - no I don't buy it.

Wlad is such an upstanding, clean living role model that Tyson's camp could only come up with some totally meaningless accusations of cheating to stir the pot for the casual fan. The 2 female "journalists" who asked questions were obviously plants.

Expect more fun and games in the coming weeks.

Having the advantage of choosing what gloves are used or what ring is used is just that... an advantage if that's how they prefer to have things and do their best work with(Shall we bring home crowds into too which can give a fighter an extra gear and sometimes lead to home town decisions? They have to prepare for these things) but is it cheating? No sorry not for me, these things are agreed on before a fight by any good team which Team Fury clearly is.

Well what's going happen in the return is all billy bollox (opinion) to me, it's why i kept it to the seen 'the happened'....having the power to ko a bull dont mean a lot unless your opponent is fighting a matchpower game...no good having a knock-up in a phone box armed with a shotgun when your opponents got a revolver...Fury's uncle's tippled to how to undo vlads jab....which his unfortunate for vlad cause everyone knows what the jab sets up...

Agreed, pretty much how I call it too that.

Fury is a joke. To be that over weight is unprofessional. Klitschko I think will offer more but I still think Fury will win the fight. Feel he gets beaten by Wilder when they fight if they do fight. The press conference was a laugh. The Irish woman from Irish radio what the fuck was all that about. The mind games has started already from Fury regarding Klitschko. I think he is pissed off with Fury and the bullshit already and he hates him.

He's in better shape then Rooney.
