How poorly advised must the kid be to try to ape that charmless criminal's brash persona in public. When interviewed by arselicking Yanks he throws in all these appallingly scripted lines mid interview that are totally cringeworthy, yet when he popped over to have a word with Rees and Adam Smith grabbed him for a few words he revealed himself to be a decent lad once his paid goons weren't around to "laugh" at his lines.

I think he'll hang on to fight Burns/Vasquez at lightweight as there isn't a megafight at 140 for him. With all due respect to Garcia, he didn't look like a world class fighter until Khan left his chin dangling in the air so I can't see him troubling Broner unduly. Rios might be an interesting fight as would Khan with his new found focus on defence.

Yet to see him taking a shot and that wont happen until he moves up weight and fights a bit of a banger. Would love to see him fighting Pacman or Marquez to see just how good he is as fighters at his weight aint lasting him long. Now no one can say that Money is taking a easy fight a 4 weight world champion still only 29 a young fighter hitting his peak against a seasoned pro in Money. This fight is going to be a classy fight. I think this will be Moneys hardest fight so far. Still think he may well get the decision but I wouldnt be shocked if it was a split decision with the 2 also having a rematch after the fight in the favour of Money.

Correct. I was labelled as being Pro Floyd a few pages back. When the rumour of the Devon Alexander fight was being talked about. I said back then more than likely hes using Alexander as to get whatever other fight a step closer but they were having none of it. Saying I would always be pro what Money does.

Money is going in with the all time greats no matter what those haters think. He is a classy fighter and at my age of 31 I have never seen a more gifted fighter than Money. Watching Money box is great. He wont be around after this contract is up so saviour all these Money fights. Inactive over the last few years but a active Money will be great to see him out 3 times a year if he stays fully fit. The mans a legend and is up there with the greats to have ever laced up the gloves.

Conor its too early for the Canelo to fight Money. Its all building up to a fight later on in the year. IF Canelo looks good against Trout which will be Canelo's hardest fight. I would be taking a close eye on this fight and if there is good odds for either fighter I will be lumping on Trout think Paddy Power has him at a little bit over 2/1 now.

Bullshit? Are you saying you didn't defend that fight? Alexander being 'the only available fight' was your reason for defending it if I remember rightly.

If you think Goldenboy wouldn't take the Mayweather fight for Canelo now rather than risk him getting beat off somebody else then you've got a screw loose. Floyd wants the fight he gets it, simple.

Go through my posts on in this thread on Floyd over the years and you'll see I've given him his due on many occasions. The difference is that I will also pull a fighter (any fighter) up when they're taking the piss, whereas you seem to lap up literally anything the man says. I've never seen you say a bad word about him and defending Devon Alexander as an opponent only further establishes your bias.

He is the most technically gifted of his generation but he consistently fails to take on the threats like all the greats did, so legacy wise he'll never be ranked up there at the top of the all time lists when all is said and done.

Too many posts to go true on here. Conor we wont agree on it. I honestly think Canelo is a year away from having a chance of beating Money. I have seen enough of both. Money is showing slight signs of weakness he is getting on now. I aint a fool. I know what I see in Money and just how good he has been during his time in the ring. With the Cotto fight Money was showing the slight signs of age it seemed to me.
So this 6 fight deal or whatever he has signed Money will be doing well to hold onto his unbeaten record. You got to know when to retire. I honestly think Money will fight the winner of the Canelo fight at the end of the year or early October if all fighters are injury free. I will just think for Canelo the later he fights Money the better chances he has of winning the fight.
Its all about opinions mate. Just like over the years with the likes of Amir Khan we have had words about him in the past or it could of been someone else. But boxing is all about opinions. Any fighter has a chance in any fight thats why I love the sport and always will do. The boxing world need Cocky unlikeable fighters like Money and Broner but both seem to back it up in the ring. All the fans go to watch both fighters in the hope that both will get beaten but you just got to love them both.
