An honorary Blue!

He looked a bit one dimensional to me but very good at what he does. I think Joshua or Fury would school him.
Thought he changed it up brilliantly once he buzzed Bellew a few times, went to the body and looked for the sweeping left hand, worked brilliantly in the end. Think he would make a fool out of Chisora/Whyte

He's one of the best out there to adapt to what is in front of him. Saying he's one dimensional is doing him a disservice.

Joshua and Fury might well 'school him' but you do realise they fight at heavyweight? Joshua fights at about 18st, while Usyk was just over 14 st tonight, in a different division.

I've no doubt that if he does move up to heavyweight then Usyk will be more skilled technically than anyone in the division, he could show the Fury fans what a proper slick-technical fighter looks like. I'm kind of surprised he's taller than Povetkin, so it just remains how he carries the extra weight and how he handles the power others can dish out in that weight class.

I just can't see him being able to absorb the power of Joshua(the fight his team said they want) and if Bellew can tag him then so can AJ. I suppose he would have a totally different gameplan, seems very versatile to me watching some of his other fights.

Don’t forget he’s an Olympic heavyweight champion
Olympic heavyweight is the same as cruiserweight though 14 stone 4. He'd be giving a lot of weight away to either of those guys, he'll want to get a few prep fights in against 17/18 stone blokes before going for the belts i'd imagine.

Usyk vs Povetkin would be a great fight IMO.

Bellew is fine until he opens his mouth .

Still he will have made a good few million quid and has had a decent boxing career. Also he will end up on sky for a few years so is set.

Usyk was a class above and some but while he might be able to out box a heavyweight with movement against the likes of Joshua could he handle the heavy jab and goodnight punches?

The old maxim, “a good big one will always beat a good little one” so true, not taking anything away from Usyk who is absolute class and amongst the best pound for pound boxers out there.

I am guessing thats edited together but at the end you hang your chin out there like that...... bang bang goodnight is kinda what you should expect at that level.
