It’s not like he doesn’t want to but it’s Fury’s reach. He’s just not being allowed to. Fury’s jab is in the way. Those body shots as well also told him he’s not going to easily get in to let off those combos.

Plus, if he does, they won’t have power as Fury is leaning back before they can land
