Scotty Cardle was on sky calling him out saying hes got to fight by March or vacate the title

The British title? Can't be the European!

Yeah mate

Hoping Murray wins this weekend. GGG is a machine, although he has been hyped up a lot too, a lot of boxers get tanned for having a great record and beating nobody's, yet GGG has done that and still gets praised, GGG isn't all that imo, his defence isn't that great and once he faces someone who can truly hit as well he will be in trouble. Also good luck to Smith, he won that last fight against Abraham, hoping this time he does it officially!

Mayweather/Pacq hopefully get something signed soon, but I truly don't see this as that close a fight, Mayweather comfortably on points imo. Pacq is a great fighter, but Mayweather is the absolute master of strategy, he will work Pacq out quick and cruise to a points win, Pacq too easy to hit, he just isn't skilled enough to beat Mayweather.

Looking fwd to when Fury faces someone decent and gets floored. Whether it be Wilder or Klitschko. Wilder will have him out within 3 rounds max.

Through no fault of his own though surely? There is a reason all the top middleweights are swerving him. I think hes the real deal I really do.

He looks great, but never know if boxers are truly swerving him, its all "Golovkin agent says no one wants to fight him", then you get Cotto/Canelo all saying "we want to fight him, but he doesn't want the fight".

Same with the Mayweather/Pacq stuff, the amount of stuff that goes around like "Mayweather doesn't want to fight him".

Watch Cotto vacate so he doesn't have to fight him! I just cant see any of the top MW's causing him any bother. I dont want him to move up untill he clears out the division, but Sturm, NDam, Lee, Korobov, Quillin I see him beating any of them.

Its a start of things to come Carl Framptons World Title fight is on ITV 4 so freeview to most in the UK and Ireland. I think ITV missed a chance there the fight should be on ITV 1 bring back the boxing on ITV with huge fights in the past of Naz and Calzaghe all on ITV to name just a few.

Frampton fight is on ITV1, the undercard is on ITV4 I think.

I've got my first white collar fight later this year, training is ridiculously hard and i have a new respect for boxers (although always did anyway)

Good luck fella! when you fighting?

Also, if you dont mind me asking, have you ever sparred before? A couple of lads I train with are trying to convince me to do one but I'm reluctant to do so as whilst I have never had a competitive bout, I have been sparring regularly with different partners for about 2 years and I feel that I would be taking the piss a bit.

I'm aware there will be loads of guys entering with more experience than me but it just doesnt sit right with me.

I've not sparred yet will be starting in the next couple of weeks, wanted to get a good feel for the basic principles of boxing first. I'm not fighting until September so got plenty of time. They cater for all levels and i will be clearly novice level, my coach is quality though and looking forward to it in a macabre sort of way.

Thats top pal. So by the sounds of it you will be paired to fight someone of similar experience?

You'll have a ball in training, its incredibly addictive, just gutted I didnt get into it at a younger age

I'm the same as you i'm 45 and thought why not whilst i'm fit enough to do it.
