Having had a look at it and seeing the opinion of those with photoshop expertise, it looks a lot more than just a little photoshop that her(?) statement suggested. The question is why? And why be vague and not just put rumours to bed.

When my wife had her hysterectomy, because of complications she was put on steroids. Face puffed up into a round, body all bloated. Not particularly flattering and something you'd not really want to share with the world. Just a thought. Who knows? I'd say it's more than applying filters to make the image more flattering.

Looks like different images meshed together hence why we wont get to see the original as it is more than one imo , speaking as a foc who couldnt tell you how to do these things, i believe a photo should accurately depict a moment in time and not what you can make it into after the event
