He was/is an Egyptian, who entered and stayed illegally, for some reason being granted to stay; easy touch come to mind? Marrying a British citizen then cemented his place. He wasn't an illegal immigrant though.

If you think this bloke was bona fide and deserved asylum, the mind boggles. Technically, you're right, by now he wouldn't be classed as illegal, by all intents and purposes, he was.
I'd love to know how your formulated those figures.
He came to Britain on a perfectly valid student visa.
Yes he did, then overstayed. He came to Britain on a perfectly valid student visa.
Ha. Knew it.The £93 billion "subsidy" comes from this article, written by the Guardian's "chief economics writer" Adita Chakrobarty.
http://www.theguardian.com/politics/2015/jul/07/corporate-welfare-a-93bn-handshake
The figure includes the fact that airlines don't pay excise duty for the fuel planes use (obviously, if they did it would simply be reflected in ticket prices).
It also includes £15 billion of Government procurement from companies like Capita and Serco. i.e. what you and I might call "paying for services we want to buy".
FYI, Chakrobarty is a past winner of an Economic Illiteracy award from the Adam Smith Institute. Also, he has no academic qualifications in economics.
You strike me as a bit of a Hamza groupie, did you manage to suck his cock?He came to Britain on a perfectly valid student visa.

You have no idea what they are according to yorknomore
You are denying that they are either launching their passports or destroying them? You seem like a hookie admirer? And you're quoting a person who has the qualifications of a factory Cat when it comes to financial affairs.
Proves the point about a soft touch, does it not? I said you were technically correct, the point is he never should have been granted residency. He came to do a civil engineering course and within a year was married. He got his citizenship in 86 after he had done his 5 years residence.

Where have i said anything like that?
Not a hookie admirer at all.
If there is anything in there that is wrong i am sure you will be happy to point it out.
You want to allow people access to this country without them showing what their true identity is, don't you find that a little off to say the least? You may well be an admirer of civil rights but hookie should have been exported from these shores a long time ago.
So you moved around the back and took him up the shitter? No. Your head was in the way.
