The Carlos Tevez Thread (Merged)

Re: Would you like Carlos to stay?

Out of interest does anyone know how long is left on his contract?

If he has 1 year he will 100% leave. BUT if he has more than a year, I don't think it's impossible for him to make next year his final year at City and try to leave as a Champ winning all kinds.

After protracted negotiations, Tévez signed a five-year contract with Manchester United's cross-town rivals, Manchester City, after a medical on 14 July 2009.

I still think, just like the Jan transfer window, there is a decent chance the owners will now say we are not selling till next year and bang out a special final year agreement with him and sell him on after that.

That is if he behaves and agrees to handle the weather and media for 1 more year.

Re: Would you like Carlos to stay?

When he scores for us part of me celebrates and part of me looks at him with digust as I think about what could have been this season.

Re: Would you like Carlos to stay?

He's been brilliant today if he's committed keep him. Frankly he isn't and will probably go. I'd sell Mario though.

Re: Would you like Carlos to stay?

Yes I would like Tevez to stay.

You can see that his partnership with Aguero will be awesome and I think that the encouragement of the last couple of games with Aguero will persuade him to seriously think about not leaving and to see what the pair of them can achieve together.
