The Championship thread...

too many juicy looking away wins today for potential accumulators but you just know they aren't going to happen. Which is the most likely? Norwich at Huddersfield? Charlton at Blackpool? Watford at Wigan?

Watford now top of the league, it feels like they have come from nowhere in the past few months or so.

Derby getting beat 1-0 by Boro at home, Bamford with his 14th of the season and there is now a 5 point gap between each side.

I am really intrigued to see how Bamford does in the Premier League next season if he gets there.

I wouldn't be surprised if he had a Kane like impact. I'd honestly be looking at him if I was City, amazing technique and a great finisher.

What's the betting he's sold to some newly promoted team and goes on to build a decent career from there Defoe / Keane / Crouch style?

Chelsea will loan him to a Premiership team, even if Boro don't go up (I think they will) then he will be loaned to one of the promoted Championship sides who I'm sure would take him. If he does well he will then go up and up in price and Chelsea will sell him and buy some expensive foreigner. Why the hell not as well.

Bourenmouth go top.

Love to see them go up. I live in Bournemouth now, would be great for the locals (the ones who aren't plastic rags, dippers and tarquins, that is). Either way, Eddie Howe has done a great job with them.
