Out of all the places to live for a player in a Premier League team, Bournemouth would be right up there with the best if not the best, it's a wonderful place, especially in the summer.
The worst thing they could do is go out and spend too much money because if they do and go down it could cost them big time, they need to do a blend of what Burnley are doing this season and relying on coaching and fighting spirit and also what Southampton did this summer and scout players correctly, but obviously in relation to their budget.

I am not knocking Carlton Cole but surely they can do better with Premier League money?
I think Carlton Cole is at a time when he should possibly consider dropping down into the Championship.
I think they do need to get a few Premier League proven players but not ones who are past it and are on the verge of being Championship level.

I don't doubt it for second. I wasn't on about the area, just the attraction of playing Bournemouth. If they were in for a decent quality young player from overseas who was also being courted by, say, Crystal Palace, where would that player prefer to move; Bournemouth with its nice beaches and lovely climate or the "bright lights"™ of London? And I agree with you about them overspending in bid to stay up. It doesn't guarantee you survival.
