The Championship thread...

It's so hard to predict, I still fancy Bournemouth as automatic and maybe Watford but then you look at Norwich who have hit a bit of form and boro always seem to bounce back after a defeat. I'm sure Norwich play boro in a couple of weeks and there's a few other top 4 clashes on the horizon, you just wouldn't want to be a fan of anyone in the top 6, you're emotions would be up and down in a heartbeat, one minute you could be top and after the next match you could be 4th...
Great spectacle watching from the outside in but heart attack material if you're in amongst it.

Bournemouth have a tricky game against Brighton tonight.
Brighton have chronic problems scoring goals. Bournemouth should eventually ease their way past the Seagulls after the opening period. 2-0 to Bournemouth.

If Bournemouth hold on tonight, I think they're 2 wins away from the premiership. If you was an bournemouth fan and missed out on automatic promotion, you'd feel sick.

Afraid not. Even 3 wins wouldn't guarantee promotion. That would give them 89 points. Watford could still get 91 pts. If Boro and Norwich win 4 of the 5 remaining that would give them 87 & 88 pts respectively. They also have to play each other, so depending on the outcome of that game, then one of them could also overhaul 89 points. Still have to win all 4 as it stands.

Watched a bit of Bornemouth last night .
Really impressed with them .
play very attractive football .
Wouldn't mind seeing them in the premier league .
