Well just got back from the festival. That went went NOT! Did my bollocks big time on Village Vic - was beyond confident on that one. Really confident.

How did bobs worth win? What a horse and a great ride from Barry G. Hated the ground hit a big flat spot and just the perfect ride.

Leighton I hold my hands up your novices are better than ours. Got it wrong big time this week, Our Connor was a huge price looking back and no idea how or why it wasn't hammered it? We won't really know what it beat for a while but hey can't knock the style of the win.

Just asked a few bookies for odds on Simonsig for the CH 2014, think about it he won't take on sprinter. I doubt he can/will stay 3 miles and plus he already has bobs worth. The one race he hasn't got is covered is the champion hurdle and the grey aeroplane is the horse to cover this. His jumping of fences at speed scared me senseless. Get him over hurdles.

He's got Grandouet,and he's only 6 years of age
Would of been interesting to see what would of happened had he not fallen in the CL,as he was still tanking along.

I was amazed at the price of Our Conor. Last time out, it beat the horse that won the Fred Winter on Thurs, Flaxen Flare by 16L.

I backed it on Wed at 7/2 expecting it to shorten.

So I ask a range of bookies the price for Simonsig for the champion hurdle.

Paddy gave me best price of 14/1 alright but would want bigger.

Good old William hill..wait for it a massive 5/1!! 5/1! I was shocked awful bookmaking.

Thats the only 2 mile race for chasers of his talent about
