The horse just jinked - it happens to the best of 'em,and she had given the horse a fantastic ride by any standards,let alone a young amateur.
I feel for the poor girl.

I stand by my comments (not the women driver bit) but she wasn't looking and didn't see the tape in my opinion which made the horse jink. She had ridden a great race until then.
